Event terms

Version 2026-10-10

By confirming attendance, you intend to attend the selected event and provide accurate contact information. A waitlist place is not a confirmed seat. Follow the organizer’s published event details, safety instructions and cancellation arrangements. Any fees are paid directly to the organizer; Rallyfox does not process payment. Refunds and cancellations of a paid place are decided by the organizer, as published on the event page. Sport carries a risk of injury: take part within your ability and tell the organizer about any health condition they should know. If you are under 20, join only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.

Cancel if you cannot attend. Share an emergency contact only with that person’s permission. Registration is not marketing consent and does not require an account. This pilot notice must be reviewed and completed by the operator before broad launch.
